Return & Exchange Eligibility

15-Day Return Window

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your shipment. All returns must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation.

Condition Requirements

  • Product must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and documentation included
  • Safety mechanisms and blade must be intact and unmodified
  • No signs of wear, sharpening, or customization

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of our products and legal considerations, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used automatic knives (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Final sale items (clearly marked in our SALE section)
  • Products missing original packaging or documentation

Return Process – Step by Step

Step 1: Request Authorization

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.

Step 3: Package Your Return

Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Posting: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
